In addition to this application, IAO requires a 300-500 word essay describing what the student hopes to accomplish in his or her education and career through the art of film or video. Also required is a three to 12 minute video in VHS or DVD format of the student’s work and two reference letters from individuals other than members of family. The submission deadline is April 18, 2008. Applications, essays and videos should be mailed to Individual Artists of Oklahoma, PO Box 60824, Oklahoma City, OK 73146.
